Help!! Truck stalling when put into gear

I have a 545rfe transmission in my truck that has been working fine all spring since I brought the truck out of storage and have even put over 600kms on the truck in the last week without any signs of trouble.

Now on my way to work this morning it seemed slow to go into gear leaving my house then once I got on the highway it felt like it was stuck in 3rd gear right from when I took off all the way to cruising speed. Managed to get it to work (only 5km from home) and as soon as I put it into reverse the truck died. Fired it back up and tried again just to have it stalk again.
Fired it back up and tried drive this time and now it's stalling out right away to. Any ideas or help on where to start would be greatly appreciated!!

Solenoid pack is deff worth looking into I had a similar problem where it felt like the truck started off an wouldn't shift out of 2 or 3(can't remember been a few years an a couple trans ago) As for the stalling thing mine kinda did something like that to but not at the same time as my trans problem. Think mine was just needing a change of plugs.

I had the not shifting out of 3rd when I first did my swap but all that was was a bad relay in the fuse box. It never caused the truck to stall though it would just start off and stay in 3rd gear.
I dropped the pan and the valve body out last. I think I might try pulling the valve body out of my spare trans and stealing that solenoid pack to try before I pull the whole transmission out of the truck.
