Help with chirping noise

I have a 2012 that has chirping noise and can't seem to find answer. Need help for my sick goat. Thanks

Remove drive belt & see if noise goes away......if not it's internal....timing chain tensioners or cam/lifters.

that sounds like a belt... new belt and or tensioner pulley

Thanks crackerjack. I have already removed the belt when I replaced water pump. Chrip was there with belt removed. Chrip seems to resonate through exhaust do not hear under hood but can under truck near trans

If the noise is there with the belt removed then it’s internal. Could be a sticking valve,lifter,cam,chain,rotating assembly issue etc.

Have to start tearing it apart.
