rather than buying a kit on ebay, why not order the muffler you want to run and just get the pipe bent and installed locally?

I have worked on mine several times and still have the headers to install. And I have pipes that run all the way to my roll pan and wouldn't change a thing. Absolute music. I get compliments on the exhaust everywhere I go. You can just barely see the pipes peeking down behind the pan.
I believe pipes should be heard and not seen.

ya i found the muffler shop that installed true duals and everything on my v6 mustang 96 model for only $300 with two mufflers and not touching each other or connected. Im going to see if they will custom make the pipes and i give them a muffler. Magnaflow seems to be my choice. is the smaller the muffler the more poppyier sound? i want a deep sound but not a cherry bomb sound. Thanks

ok i called around today at muffler shops and one shop told me they will install a flowmaster 40 series (thats what they carry) and 2.5 pipes and 3.5 tips all for $220. Does that sound like a deal? he said he could orde in a super 44 but doesnt know the price of it. And would it be better for the pipes to come out the behind the back tires or straight through? :help:

If being loud with some drone, accompanied with a little power loss is what you are looking for than it's perfect. Good luck.....
