Could be a few things: I would check in this order
#1 The fender liner could be hitting the reservoir to the Coil over
#2 Front body mounts
#3 Your control arms were tighten when the truck was in the air and not on the ground that will bind up the bushings

Can you explain the sound you're hearing is it metal on metal?
Is it just 1 single clunk or does it continue (Clunk, clunk, clunk)
Did you do the lift or a shop do it for you? and where all the bolts re torqued at 500 miles?

I would bet a control arm is loose, upper or lower, I know mine came lose, I took it back to the shop and they sent it back to the alignment shop for another alignment and then they ran through the lift one more time.

But man when I hit a bump I thought stuff was gonna come flying out.

Soft clunk

I’m going to go with the wheel well liner hitting the fox reservoir. Try shoving a towel or old T-shirt between the reservoir and the plastic then drive through a known area where it makes the noise

Also another member reported his cv axle was just skimming the bottom of his coil over only on the passenger side.
Did the shop that did the install re torque everything after you drove it for a bit?

I bet its an improperly placed washer on the strut assembly.

Yeah the fox coil overs do have washers but the top mount of the coil over is threaded and a bolt goes down through the top of the strut tower. They are also only torqued to 24 ft lb’s
