Help with identification

Girlfriend found this on her passenger side floor of her 2014 Ram 1500 quad bighorn. No clue if this is from the truck or fell off something else. I checked under seats/dash and I have no clue. I checked same areas on my 2016 and saw nothing like it. Thanks.

It appears to be a cap to finish a tube, perhaps on a child's toy or something of that sort. It isn't particularly well finished, so that tends to suggest a toy.
