Newbie here. 1st post.
I know there are many posts on upgrading unconnected into a 2017 Ram. I have an opportunity to purchase a unit for 100$ today. Can anyone tell me if this will work, without me sifting through tons of info. Serial # on unit is 68340153 AH.

Not sure 100%, but if it was manufactured in 2018 I'd be leery. Those have issues with screen delamination.
