I just bought a used 1999 2500 and When the truck was dropped off it was great with nothing to be unexpected from such a big lift but it's been three days and now it's like I don't have any power steering when stopped or at low rpms and whenever I turn or apply the brakes I get this horrible vibration throughout the entire cab you can feel it through the brake and accelerator pedals but not as much through the actual steering wheel. It's almost like having manual steering when I go to pull in or out of a parking spot and it's really starting to get on my nerves. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Check power steering fluid, If you have some big wide tires they can be hard to turn even with a proper power steering system best to get it rolling and turn it then.

The brake vibration could be warped rotors.

If you just bought the truck and got it cheap chances are it needs some replacement parts, tie rod ends, ball joints, shocks, inner tie rod, check the simple stuff first though it may surprise you, its surprised me before.
