Hemi 5.7 in 2011 Ram 1500 - Reset Engine Hours

Garage replaced the Hemi 5.7 in my 2011 Ram 1500 and not being able to reset the engine hours with the OBD scanner. Any help or link to articles would be appreciated.

I had issues with adjusting guage hours when I used a generic OBD adapter. When I got the Obdlink MX with Alfa it worked fine.
