Hi, I experienced loud ticking on my 2016 ram 3500 ,6.4 at about 230 km ,engine light came on ,coded misfire cyl 1 . Took it to the dealer, said it was cam related. Quoted 8000. To repair. I changed the oil and added liquid moly . About 6000. Km and the engine started running really rough, shut it off and restarted and whoa whats this engine light off and tick gone, apparently the loud tick was a plugged injector, just a thought, check first before you start spending money
