I might suggest researching your state's lemon laws if you want to go that route. Considering the vehicle is driveable and hasn't been stuck in the shop though I don't know if it's applicable.

Nuisance, yes... but likely that FCA and their/your attorney may tell you that it isn't a debilitating factor for your truck so it doesnt apply. I'm not a lawyer though, so take my opinion as just that....

took me three dealerships to get mine fixed the first two didn't have a clue what I was talking about. so I think the dealership does matter.
