Hesitation 2018 Ecodiesel

I have 2018 Ecodiesel that has a hesitation when taking off- and a little while driving.
Took to dealer initial visit for check engine light-they changed particulate filter week later check engine light came back on
took dealer 2nd time they replaced particulate sensor then I noticed the hesitation
took back third time they said missing compression on 1st and 3rd valve -replaced engine

Still feel hesitation not as bad but not sure if paranoid or what , anyone have any experience of this?

Trade it in while the market is hot these eco diesel trucks are ticking time bombs/money pits Get a hemi or a Cummins.
