You can tune the 09 and 10. It's the 11 and 12 that you can't tune

Yupp 09 and 10 you can tune. 11 and 12 you can't unless you swap in a 09 or 10 computer

Thanks for all the info guys! You answered some questions for me. Making it easier for me to make the transition. I'm looking at a '10 Sport right now with about 35k miles on it. Anything in particular for that year I should be looking out for? Or any 4th gen year for that matter? Also, I'm noticing the 5.7 comes with a single or dual exhaust. Is that just a trim level option?
