Hid retro dark spot

I have a dark spot on my hid output and don't know what's causing it. Any ideas?

yup, thats normal. Its right in that "weird" spot where its between the 2 cutoffs.....all good!

Yeah, I have the same thing. Its normal unless you go with the FX-R retrofit.

Are you talking about the overlap in the cut offs at top centre? If so they look the way they should I think?

Edit: To slow again.....

LOL I would be willing to bet those are FX-R's (and perfectly normal)
My FX-R's look exactly the same.

Stock Projectors with a drop in HID kit
can't produce that sharp a cut-off due to the obscure purple tinted lens.

The left step in the cut off is to keep light out of oncoming traffics eyes
