High Trans Pressure Code

I was killing time and goofing around with the OBDII unit this morning and when I ran it for codes I noticed one P0869 that translates to high transmission pressure. There wasn't anything on the dash telling me I had a code so I was kind of surprised which turned to confusion. What is a high trans pressure code and is it really bad? Trans seems to be working fine and no leaks. Any ideas? Thanks,

Went for a short run this AM (@70 miles) and when I got back I threw the OBD on and NO codes! I'm going to keep an eye on it for a while, but no codes equals no action. Hoping it was nothing more than a sensor misfiring.
