Can a hood from a 2004 Ram fit a 2008 Ram? any modifications needed?

I believe they are the exact same. Only difference is the grill between 02-05 and the 06-08 style. The mounting brackets for the grills are slightly different but they will interchange

Grille is only different at the bottom, hoods themselves are identical.

nice, thank you for the replies, i found a cowl induction hood for free, just need to paint to match.
