Hood not closing fully? or normal?

I noticed that when I close the hood on my 05 ram...it still can move up and down a little bit when I lift on it. But it IS latched. I can tell through the grill. Is that normal?

I'd have to see if I can do that on my 05.

Maybe the little adjuster things need to come down some? I think mine moves a little too though

I might adjust it down. But if it's normal (or happening to others) I think I will leave it be.
