Horn Honks when.....

I have a very strange problem. When sitting at idle if I turn the air conditioner on, the horn starts honking! It doesn't happen all the time. I know it's the horn because I unplugged the wire from the horn itself and it stops. Plug it back in and it is still honking. Any ideas? Please help. Embarrassing as hell!

I'll bet the wiring for the horn and the A/C condenser fan meet somewhere under the hood and is shorted.

It's weird since it only affects one of the two horn connections. When I unplug the one horn I can still honk the horn but only the one that's still plugged in sounds.
