How can I remove dents from chrome bumper?

This is my 2012 Ram 1500 St Tradesman

And here is the dent how could I remove it at home.

You can take the bumper off and try to hammer it back but you run the risk of damaging the chrome. If you do try it, use a soft dead blow.

Run a few layers of tape on the area, hammer and dolly.

Chrome won't get damaged.

Take the bumper off the truck. Get a carpet and put the chrome side on the carpet. Take a stiff piece of wood like birch (pine is too soft) and hammer the bent out with hammer through a piece of wood. Don't hammer directly on the debt or you will have hammer marks like my bumper does
Chrome bumpers are very hard and dealerships just replace them when there is a dent. It won't be perfect when you do it but it will be less noticeable

Do what im doing. Just wait until you get rear ended and have them replace it lol
