how do you get the top shock bolts out?

Lol no need to remove the bed just for shocks. W/ the tips given in this thread b/w the cut wrench & cutting a hole in the fender liners you can have the shocks changed in 30 mins.

This is a little late but, remove both inner fender wells and use regular combination wrench on inside nut and impact on bolt. Leave fender well out until you are happy.

Drop the inner fender well, not that diffacult and you can drill an access hole for future access if needed.
