I have a 4th gen 1500, and recently installed the PA 3" body lift.

I love the lift, but it left a 3"gap between my rear bumper and exhaust tips.

I solve this gap at no cost by a) removing the rubber exhaust hangers, b) pushing the exhaust pipes upwards and wedging them into the steel brackets that hold the rubber hangar, then c) flipping the rubber exhaust hangers upside down.

I just Cut my pipes and tucked them in.

I thought about flipping the hanger bushings as well but was too lazy to drill lol. Something would have interfered with the passenger side hanger as well that I didn't want to deal with, I can't remember what it was though. I ended up using the slip joints on the exhaust tips to angle the tips up.

I'm glad yours turned out well, good job. :)

For those who installed their own body lift… did you weld in your own crush blocks?
