actually just bought this truck new... I'm just going by every other vehicle that I've had. I live in the city so it's stop and go everywhere... And I'm an aggressive driverand I bet you pull trailers and haul weight.

the reason we buy hemi's is so we can use and hear them!!!
Truck is still a baby with 2900 miles, I just want to know how much life/miles the stock pads/rotors go?
Reason I ask is because my new job has a TERRIBLE stop and go commute in the morning, it's literally 1 hour of stop and go just to travel 25 miles. I drive roughly 60 miles a day. Here in Arizona we never get rain/snow so no rust issues for the rotors.
My 2014 Rear brakes just started squealing yesterday at only 24k miles.
I was on the highway a few days ago, started to brake, and the pedal went to the floor.
Scared the crap out of me.
It didn't do it again, so I thought it was a fluke.
I'm kind of shocked.
The rear left rotor is scorn already, probably junk.
The rear right is fine.
The front brakes have plenty of meat on them.
I don't drive the vehicle hard, I do drive all city.
If you tow other peoples trailers there's a tendency to dial up their brakes a little to save your own. Not saying he does, but the miles he gets on brakes points in that direction.Where is VernDiesel to chime in on this?? when you need him. LOL
He changed his brakes at 293K & at 387K, granted he does have a tune w/Turbo braking (EcoDiesel) but most of the miles are towing travel trailers all over the country.
Wow 100,000,000 miles from a set of brakes has to be a record.Change my brakes and rotors at 100000k. Mostly highway driving
