From my owner's manual.

ENGINE BLOCK HEATER — IF EQUIPPED
The engine block heater warms the engine, and
permits quicker starts in cold weather. Connect
the cord to a standard 110-115 Volt AC
electrical outlet with a grounded, three-wire
extension cord.
For ambient temperatures below 0°F (-18°C),
engine block heater usage is recommended.
For ambient temperatures below –20°F
(-29°C), engine block heater usage is required.
The engine block heater cord is routed through
the grille by the right front tow hook.
It includes a removable cap that is secured by a
tethered strap. It also has a c-clip that is used
for storage when not in use for the Winter
months. During Winter months, remove the
heater cord wiring assembly from itself on the
c-clip.
The engine block heater must be plugged in at
least one hour to have an adequate warming
effect on the engine.

Idle 700 to 800 RPM 10 psi (69 kPa)
Full speed and load 30 psi (207 kPa)
CAUTION!
If oil pressure falls to less than normal readings,
shut the engine off immediately. Failure
to do so could result in immediate and severe
engine damage.

We bought my wife's 2019 Ram about 4 months ago and I never checked for a block heater cord until a week ago.
Same thing with my 2021 Cherokee.

Found both of them!

I like my Geno’s bumper plug for the block heater. Make for an easy connection. Also, the way the extension cord lies it pulls out of the plug if I forget to unplug it before leaving.

Even easier. No cutting required and they only cost $7.50. I have mine mounted to the winch bumper but you can put them on the grill or pickup bumper just as easily. Plug the block heater cord into a 25' extension cord and wrap the extension cord neatly out of the way. That way you have it at home, at work, hotel etc.

I installed a Noco Plug years ago - lower plastic piece below bumper.
I normally plug her in when temps get below 10*F or cooler @ work.
She normally is kept in a warm garage when not at work.
During the winter months when parked in the garage - the batteries are connected (quick disconnects) to a Noco Smart charger - to keep my new $535 AGM batteries fully charged.
