How many miles for serpentine belt?

220K miles on my 2016 Ram 2500 Cummins, still looking good. I really think it is time to replace it, maybe next month. The quality of belts have improved drastically.

I agree, if you start seeing cracks on the bottom side of the belt its time to replace
