95000+ on my 2014. Brought 9 months ago with 77,000 on it. Tows my 14' box trailer at 7,000lbs loaded and my daughters 29' TT at 7,000lbs with no issues. Other than a heater core replacement no major mechanical problems (a rear axle hub seal) at all and runs wonderfully.

Don't forget the brake fluid. Very easy to do and cheap. In my opinion, brakes are THE most important system on any vehicle. I change mine every three years, Chrysler recommends every two years iirc.

I agree 100%. I'm going to doing some brake work in the near future and that will get done also.

Yeah I am changing out the front calipers on mine due to one sticking a little. Only 68k on it & the brake fluid looks pretty nasty. When I pull my trailer I am sure they get really hot.

What fuel did you run in your 6.4 hemi. I am trying to decide if it's worth running none ethenall or run the recommended 87 or 89 octane. And while I'm asking questions did you find any brands of gas that seamed better to run than others. Thanks

56K on the 6.4. 1/3+ of that towing 10k+/-.

Vibration/shudder issues for the past 6 months - bad vibrations turned out to be tires, slight shudder still present. Dealer changed the driveshaft but it didn't help.

All fluids will be changed in the next few months, starting with the trans. See if that clears up the issue.

87 in mine all the time. I get my fuel in bulk at the farm, so it's always coop or petrocan. Can't say I see much of a difference.

Like SMI, imma hotshot guy. 209k on the clock. Still runnin everyday.

-2017 3500 6.4 hemi reg cab 4x4 DRW
-66rfe tranny (still original-**** ton of tow miles obviously. Strictly work/hotshot truck, 95% of its life has been under a load)
-4.10 rear end (still original)
-no issues with 4x4 or front drive shaft
-lifter failure at 93k (new long block courtesy of FCA)
-like SMI, I’ve ran Mobil 1 0-40 for all miles up to 200k. Recently switched to redline 5-30. Mobil 1 m1-113a filters.
-it’s a actual 3500, not a cab and chassis. Although now I’ve pulled the bed off and runnin it cab and chassis.
-only other issue was radiator was clogged and not cooling. New radiator and hoses at 127k. And a new starter around 180k? Maybe. No other issues.

13 Months Old Still going strong at 183,000 miles

Yes, really 183,000 miles and adding about 13,500 monthly.
No other problems except the ones listed above. Even still have factory brakes.

You have me beat on the load weight. My heaviest load was a custom Ram 2500 and a 4Runner. Scaled at 26300 lbs. Transported from Michigan to Texas.
I know you have many man
Just a quick update:

My truck turned over 400,000 miles today. Now that the engine is broken in, we can see what it can really do!

Happy Truckin To Everyone
are you on original tranny with the 66rfe? And If so, what is your service schedule like?

I have 215k on mine and I also hotshot. Adding 8k miles +\- monthly.

26k on my 18 powerwagon. I tow 11k from 1k above seal level to 7k above in less than 2 hours (camping). Runs perfect even when it is 115 degrees in Az. Trans let go without warning at 18k.
