Could not get it to work.

Set 7 things for park assist.
1. Park assist rear volume
2. Park assist front volume
3. PTS set for display
4. PTS config front and rear
5. PA customer settings feature 1-2 option
6. 2-park assist type CSM
7. PTS Parktronics -enables.

What did I miss guys?
Did you add front and rear sensors? What did you power off of with the pink/yellow strip wire. Sometime you have to let the truck sleep overnight for the setting to take!!

Pink n yellow wire I found in that mess of wires coming through the lower firewall. It would get hot with key turned on just like the same color wire in the tailgate.

I have a module for front n rear but don’t have the front harness yet. Both yellow lights come on at the dash control panel with the 2 park assist push buttons.

What does the rear button do when you push it? Do you have anything showing up on your Radio under safety or on your dash?

What brand sensors did you use? They don't do anything when you back up close to something? It will probably take a certain amount of key cycles or 24 hrs. for the setting to show on your radio.

This is what you should have on.
Park assist type rear or front/rear if doing both front and rear
PTS configuration
Ultrasonics
PTS
Then the park assist volume csm rear
Then park assist volume front if you did the front as well

Should I turn off the front since I don’t have the harness and sensors for it yet?

I just went to turn on ultrasonics and it was already on. I did not turn that on last night.
I also today turned on park assist brake. What is that?
Still have on dash parksense service rear when I push the button and now after that message it says parksense service front. Don’t even have C-3 connector plugged in.

you don’t have park assist brake that’s makes the truck brake when you’re close to something

I would go out and make sure all the connectors to my sensors are good pull them out and push them in. Do you have the settings on your settings on your radio? If so it sounds like you have everything in the BCM correct. The service park assist is what happens when you have a bad sensor or the park assist module is going bad

It’s going to say service front because you have the module for both and nothing is connected to it it’s looking for the signal from the front sensors

Even if one of the sensors is bad it’s going to say service rear park assist do you know if they are OEM sensors or aftermarket?

Okay I will take the PA brake off.

I will check the sensors and make sure they are plugged in. I don’t know if they are OEM but they have the same model number that you told skuppy069 about.

I still do not have park assist in settings.

I need to go back and check my wires to C-2 again.

Thank you Sherman for trying to help me out with this.
