I can't find a solution in the menu of blocking "autostart" of the radio and CD if one is in the player. It sucks every time after starting engine.
Anybody can help?
Thanks !
Am i getting this right? You do not want the radio to come on when you start the truck? If that's what you're talking about then turn the radio off before turning the engine off when you get out.
I am certain on gen 4 trucks you cannot turn the radio ‘off’
Only mute or turn volume right down. It will always come on at volume otherwise. Even mute will ‘unmute’ on start up. Always was a pain in my 2017 truck.
I could be wrong? Do 21/22 classics have a turn off switch?
It is not just a "radio" and controls a lot of functions in the truck. You can't stop it from turning on but if you turn the volume down and it will remember that setting on a restart.
if you don't want the cd to play as soon as you turn the vehicle on take the cd out.it does this on later application versions of the panasonic radios no matter what setting is on the radio when you cut it off .never had a problem on ra3/ra4 radios or a 22.6 application version on a panasonic.
