How to remove the dash 12V socket?

I have a 2013 quad cab SLT and want to know how to remove the 12V plug by the drivers footwell?

It's loose so I think it needs to be fixed or reattached.

See that hex head screw right behind it? I think its 7mm, remove it and that may allow you enough wiggle room to pull that portion of trim out and pop it from behind. I'd disconnect battery power first though...
