How to reset Maintenance Required Light 95 Dodge Ram 2500?

My Maintenance required light came on at 82,000 miles. I have tried disconnecting the battery. Negative post and positive post. It is still on. I connected a Bosch Scanner reader to it. It shows no Codes and I deleted the codes in the Scanner and it is still on?

Sorry it's been to many years since I worked at the stealer ship .
But it seemed to me like it was something stupid likle .
Key on mash the brake pedel 3 times & Honk the Horn.
.........
Maybe this will make some tell us the answer .

Nope I guess I will go to the dodge dealer today.

I went to the Stealer today and paid $135 to have it turned off!!!
