Like the title says, im getting ready to start my install and am wondering how people are running the 1/0 cables? Ive had 3 previous rams and always have run under the door kick plates, but that was always #4 and it was tight. Now that im running 1/0 and installing 2 amps/dsp i think it may be too tight under there. Read somewhere that people were running it under the truck, but im a little worried about that as i live in a cold winter climate. Tons of gravel,etc.. Any ideas welcome.. This is what ive cooked up already.

Hertz 1dk - 1250w rms for subs
Kenwood xr600-6dsp - 6x100w rms for fronts and rear doors w/maestro AR
Jbl gx series 3.5s on dash and 963s for the front and rear doors. 2.3 ohm speakers to pull as much from the amp/dsp as possible.
2x 12 fox box 3.5 cu/ft 33hz with reducers for 10s.
2x hertz sx250 spl shows

Ive always just done a speaker swap and tapped the sub wires with a lc2i to run aftermarket subs on my last 3 rams, but have always wanted clean, controllable signals. The tapping method works but your limited to what the ****ty alpine amp is sending. Ive never been 100% happy with the sound that this way produces. Also your fronts can't keep up with any decent sub setup.
Cheers

Following as I'm doing research for my 2019 Rebel system. Please post finished pics. Also, the board with the amps, and DSP fits behind the seat? I think there isn't enough space on the rebel do to rear window motor, vents, etc.

Someone said along frame rail or underneath the cab and go up through the bottom. Not sure where I saw that. I was thinking of doing that myself.

Under the truck, unless you opt to put an extra battery in the bed.

20200227_101400.jpg Under the carpet just beside the sill, if you lay dynapad and notch it out for the wire there will be no noticeable bulge or run a pair of 4 guage instead that fits easily.

There should be enough room behind drivers rear for the amp and dsp. I might have to knotch the corner out20180715_182319829_iOS (1).jpg

I think i will run it under the truck, supposedly there is a knock out already behind the rear driver seat for the etorque cables. My board is only 20x24.. should b good.. just waiting for warmer weather.

Looks like a nice system. I ram my 0 gauge above my frame on my first pickup. Protected it real well.

I got it to fit under the carpet in the front beside the plastic raceway and had to go through the raceway in the back. There was enough room as one of the channels is empty in the back seat area. But now my amp rack is too big.. going to have to rethink this.
