HVAC door modes not working

HVAC Actuators don’t move. Replaced two behind radio. I have hot to cold. Blower speeds are good. Modes don’t change from floor to dash or defrost. Is there a sync procedure like on the earlier 4th gen? Or is it an enable thing the dealer has to do with the scan tool? Thanks Frank

I use AlfaObd with an mx+ scan tool, this enables me to trigger calibration. If you want before you go to the dealer, if you disconnect your battery cables and touch them together, this is known as a power flea. This will reset the ECM codes in your system then reconnect them, turn your key to on before starting your engine. If you have a single zone system you can also try holding down the recirculate button for 10 seconds, then again for 10 seconds until it blinks, unfortunately for dual zones it doesn't work. Need a scan tool or disconnect battery for dual zones. To have the dealer do it last time I had them do it, was $150. For an hour of labor.
