To the OP, do you have keyless entry? I want nearly the same options as you, but I do want keyless entry. I can do without remote start, but no keyless entry is no good.
When building an 18, if you add keyless entry I think it makes you add the carpet pckage.
I had vinyl seats and no carpet in my 2012 f250 xl and loved it.

You can always pull out the carpet and install vinyl I suppose. Easier than doing a bunch of electronics work I would guess.

But then again, the damn floor liners these days are pretty much like a removable vinyl floor.

It seems you can get vinyl with the power locks so I’m good to go.
Just camp a bit in the summer and have kids so it makes cleanup way easier.
This truck with 4.10s and maybe without the chrome package and I’d be set. Real similar to OP’s. Will almost immediately change wheels and tires, so I don’t care if it has the crappy 17 inch steel wheels without the chrome package.

Well, in all honesty those steelies would look damn good with a set of good tires and a level kit.

Nice pickup.

I plan to buggy a set of either 295/70-18 ATs or a set of 285/75-18s. I'm leaning towards the taller tire.

I'm now having second thoughts about keeping the stock wheels. I ended up with factory side steps, which I don't like the looks of, but they are functional. I think it may need a set of wheels now.....dunno. Any thoughts on that.

Since the side steps are chrome, I don't think dark wheels would look good and I'm not really fond of chrome. I'm not sure what would look good....

So.... hows the 8 speed? Mpg gains?

The 8 speed works as it should....seamlessly. It keeps the engine operating at about 1750 RPM at 45, 55, and 65mph steady state. I'm at almost 5000 miles now averaging 15.4 on Fuelly. That is 1.5 mpg more than my 2016 392 and a 6 speed. I am very pleased with this truck.

On a side note, I also owned a 2016 Power Wagon. It averaged about 13.4 over 15000 miles. The Bighorn with a 392 averaged 13.9.....FWIW.

I like the wneels above, but I'm just not convinced they would look good with all the chrome on my truck.

Love the Flooring. Is that grip on the console the 4wd shifter? My 2017 has a knob on the dash. And does the 8speed have a dipstick , or is it the same as the 1500's ? One more, offroad package? and the exhaust? You mentioned same ht as your power wagon. Nice.

The transfer case is shifted by the stick/shifter on the floor.

I do not have the Offroad Package.

The exhaust is a Magnaflow strait through muffler with a resonator delete.

It does seem to be as tall as the 2016 PW, but I cannot measure the PW as I no longer have it. These new trucks are very tall.

For ***** and giggles, here is a pic of my power wagon parked next to a new non power wagon. My wagon has 35’s and a 1.5” leveling kit up front...

Good lookig Wagon! So take off the lift and 35s, and the 2019 does appear to be as tall as your PW.

Yes, pretty much. Apparently the ‘19 wagons are 7mm taller than the ‘18 and earlier lol.
