what does not fit ?
Are the heads machined at a different angle than the intake ?
or what ?

the 08 has the throttle body in the back and the 09+ has the throttle body in the front

im not sure what the question is... just buy another intake that fits there or custom make one from home depot plumbing supplies. at this point im not sure anyone cares what it looks like under the hood lol
