I saw this article yesterday but had trouble opening it.
I’m glad you were able to start a thread on this new truck.
I’m definitely in the new truck market now that this special edition has been introduced.
I gotta hold out till I see the Marine Corps edition truck.
I am a lil confused about the production numbers though.
The article says 9000 to be built in the special color combo. The article also says there will be a majority of them in black.
Now is that meaning 9000 of each of the 5 branches or is that 9000 in total??
Hope that wasn’t confusing...

Yeah that’s why I’m waiting on the Marine Corps red to show up. And what color is anvil?

Was hoping for something a little more Scarlet though, but I have a had a few flame red Rams, still own one of them20160831_122256.jpg

Our mascot in HS were the Marines and I’m pretty good at first-person shooter video games.

Do I qualify to own one of these beasts??

That green is a fantastic color. It should have the sport hood though IMHO. Too bad I just bought my new Laramie a week ago today, just before they announced these.

Congrats on the new truck. I’m gonna do everything in my power to get one. Flame red for sure.

I want one BAD. My dad was a vet, and I’d love to have one themed to give honor to those who serve so bravely!

Not sure if EcoD or Hemi, though... Wanna see all the colors!

Damn. I just bought a new limited a couple weeks ago. I was telling my son before I bought mine that I wished Ram would offer some different and unique colors. Now here they are. Couple weeks too late for me. :-(

What’s up with the way the flag is being displayed? It is displayed correctly on the other side

This bothered me enough that I had to google it.

It is a reverse flag patch used on the right shoulder of army uniforms (not sure of others).

Apparently this started in 2002, and USA is the only country that has a reverse flag patch.

According to Army Regulation 670-1: “The American flag patch is to be worn, right or left shoulder, so that the star field faces forward, or to the flag’s own right. When worn in this manner, the flag is facing to the observer’s right, and gives the effect of the flag flying in the breeze as the wearer moves forward.

Does anyone have the release date on these? I’m waiting to order one or cross my fingers I’ll find one locally but won’t hold my breath. I’m wanting the flame red Marine Corps edition.
