Idle Speed Adjustment

I would like to increase the in gear idle rpm by 100-200 rpm. Is this possible?
If so how?

Purchasing a handheld tuner or having a tuner perform a custom tune on your truck is the affordable option.

you can do it with a diablo tuner check it out a diablo sport . com

But not on a 2003 5.7 apparently.

Diablo support states that they will not do this on a 2003.

Did anyone come up with a solution?

This will allow the oil pump to make a little more pressure at idel to help keep the cam and lifters from self destruction from lack of oil.
This is a lot easier than installing a Hell Cat oil pump which has the wider pump gear.
