I would have built the truck the way I wanted. I grabbed one off the lot with pretty much everything I wanted except the 3.92 gears. I also would have got the SB but in the end I am happy I got the 6'4" box.

I also would have done a better walk around when I picked it up. All the issues I noticed were fixed later anyways but I was just a little too excited to get in and go!

Would have gone 3500 diesel instead of 2500 gas. Of course it would have meant more $$ and in 2014 the 3500s still had the crappy leaf springs. My 2500 has coils and I love them. I'm just looking at getting a new 5th wheel and I want more payload and truck.

I'm kinda in the middle of my "do-over" now, and I appreciate what a unique opportunity it is.

I didn't want to sell my '14, but it allowed me to do it all over again, so I can get what I really want this time: an EcoDiesel.

(Not that I hated the V6; it's a really sweet engine, if a bit lacking in low-end torque. I'm confident I would have put a quarter-million miles on it and drove the wheels off.)

I really like my 2014 Express it has just enough options for me (Hemi and Chrome wheels) the only thing I would have ordered on a special order would have been a 3.92 and a posi (which I have added to mine).
Maybe I'm easy to please.

My truck , 2014 Express / Sport 4x4 QC , 6 Speed , 5.7L with 3.55 Gears .

If I could have a do over .... I'd go with a Crew cab or Mega cab , I'd entertain the RAM box bed , and I'd definitely get 3.92 or 4.56 gears !
I'd also like to have the factory RA4 8.4 With Navigation with a back up and cargo camera .
Then I would Demand a pound of ferry dust and three wishes to meet any and all my wants and needs !

I love everything about my truck. Specs are below. I ordered it through DD in ID. I have no need for a diesel especially at the time I bought it. However, now, we are in the market for a larger travel trailer. The 6.4 would do just fine with what we want, however, diesel prices now are $.15-$.30 cheaper per gallon than 87 octane. For decades prior diesel was $1.00+ more per gallon than 87. Would have been nice to know all this last March.

That ripped $3000 off the trade in value. I got up and started to walk out and they came up 1000 more. I got some other good offers so I went for it.

100K miles is one of those psychological mental trips for most buyer that makes something go from "used" to "worn" in many people's minds. In many new car lots that take those trades, they are automatically taken to auctions and put out on secondary level used car lots.
