So I recently replaced my distributor because the old distributor was warn. The new issue is I can turn the key and the truck will try to run as I let off the key....sometimes. Well I decided to try and drive it and it cut out and died at 55 I stabbed the old distributor back in on the side of the highway and fired right up like it should. I got home tried checked the gap for the reluctor and pick-ups. And put it back in. Same issue back to starting after letting off the key. What is the problem did I get a crap re manufactured distributor or am I over looking something. Any help would be good l. I don’t truck the old distributor all that much because sometimes the shaft play makes the reluctor contact the pickup
