incomplete im monitors

I can't get the catalyst and o2 monitors to complete. New catalyst and both sensors NEW. Have followed drive cycle instructions. i have put 500 miles and over $600. into this and my tags are due next week. Any advice would be greatly appericated. It is a 1997 ram 1500 with 5.2 engne. Thank you in advance

Did you use OEM parts to shut the lights off ?
Have you actually performed the steps of completing a drive cycle ?
