I have a 2003 ram 1500 and the only way to level them is to get leveling keys for them so I bought the rough country leveling keys and installed them and it helped the front up a little but it did not make it completely level and I have the bolts cranked really high and it’s still not level. Thanks in advance for any information or advice.

Less likely with coils compared to traditional leaf sprung front ends, but it is possible that your springs have sagged a bit and created a condition lower than stock height

Old springs, old bushings, old shocks, all reason it wont be as tall as it should be.

These are torsion bar front ends, no springs.

There was no need for the keys. You can get two inches easily with stock setup.

Make sure you are jacking frontend up, before cranking bolts. Then drive around and then measure. Repeat until it is at height you want.
