i have been running either a Sprint throttle booster or a Pedal Commander since my 2015 Ram, and I love them. All I can say is WOW! The Pedal Commander just transforms how these trucks drive. They add zero power, but it makes the truck feel like it lost 1000 pounds. I highly recommend the PC to anyone who wants to transform how their truck drives.

I agree! Very different truck. Missus not happy as a bolted out on to the road as she was taking a sip of tea. My first weekend with it installed. Have only tried Sport +1,+2,+3 so far. Not real interested in staging any burnout contests with these lint roller tires....

Does this help out on a 5.7 2500. Tranny sucks!!!! I keep mine in 3 in town 4 and 5 on highway unless I’m really cruising along

It will definitely help. Completely changed the drivability, adds no power, but changes throttle sensitivity and application.

How much does PC affect fuel consumption?

I don't think it changes at all. At least I haven't noticed any difference at all. I haven't run it in ECO mode because that isn't what I purchased it.

Which came first, the chicken or the egg sorta thing is my thinking... When I take off from a stop, is it better to slowly ramp up to speed while getting 9mpg on acceleration or get up to speed quicker at 5mpg?

You will loose some mpg. Only because you will be launching more often. it’s to much fun not to.

Sounds pretty awesome I’ve watched some videos on the pedal commander and I thin I’d really like it. Wish the wife would allow it.

I've played with it enough now and settled on Sport +3. With the 4.10s, I gotta pay attention and delicately start up from a stop. That's ok. Kinda like a learning game you play with your machinery. FUN!

Learned you don't want to make an adjustment while it's in gear. LOL!
Got a CEL and throttle sensor warning.

I am guessing with the BT you can tuck the PC away and keep it out of sight?

I also like sport +3. I feel it gives the heavy truck the best response when cruising but not overly aggressive from a stop. You just have to ease into the pedal more vs stock. Took me like 3 days to get used to it. I never even changed the setting when in the snow and ice last winter and never had a problem.
