That's a pretty open question. It would help if you told us if you plan on mounting them inside or outside the grill, what type of lights (bar or pod), and what exactly your vehicle is.

I think I’ll jump in here. I am also interested in probably installing 4 or 6 yellow pods depending on size in the grill. I’ve been seeing them on some trucks and I think they look really good. I am not sure what experience you or anyone has had with installing these or recommendations ?

I live in Deer Country, and the lights on the 2020 1500 are not up to the job. I replaced all the bulbs with Silverstar Ultra bulbs and it didn't make a discernable difference in light. So I went with 9" XTM LED lights (about $250 with a wiring kit). A pair produces a claimed 22,000 lumens (I bought them in Australia). US XTM lights might be a bit less power. I mounted them on a bull bar (about $200). They are wired to turn on when I hit the high beam. They are incredible. I can see at least 1/2 mile down the road and it's like daylight. They do make the reflective highway signs light up too, which can be a bit distracting at first.

If you are trying to get more light for safe highway driving, I highly recommend driving lights over light bars or even upgraded headlights. Get at least 9" diameter lights.

Or, save some cash and utilize Farhen LED bulbs from Amazon (many here use them ;))
Just ensure they are the slim ballast ones so they fit properly under the stock OEM dust covers.

You can find all the bulb sizes on this link.

They provide excellent beam pattern and light output, and are CanBus ready for easy plug-n-play installation.

CR1313,

I’ve read you can only use the LED bulbs, if you have the LED option on your truck.
You can’t use the LED bulbs if truck currently runs halogen bulbs.
Correct?

I added these 6 led pod lights in my grill, I like the look.
No switch, I came right outta the fuse box so they come on when the truck is started.IMG_7572.jpeg
