interchangeable body parts

Good morning. I have a 2002 2500 quad cab. I'm looking to replace some body parts and have a few questions.

Are all 2nd generation body parts interchangeable no matter if they come from a 1500 or 2500?

Front doors: dodge had a reg cab, club cab and a quad cab. Are the front doors all the same, or will I need doors strictly from a quad cab?

Doors are specifically made for each different cab.

Thanks, what about the bed, tailgate and front fenders? Are they the same for 1500 and 2500?

The bed and tailgate are the same up to 2009(2500/3500),as well as the fenders/lights/front bumper up to 2006(they changed the style for 2007-2009)

What i think
Back in the 2nd Generation Dodge Rams, there possibly were 4 cabs
Regular , club cab , extended cab, and a quad cab.
I think it depended on the magazine, that was writing the history, another magazine may not mention the Club Cab, makes things confusing

Second Generation, 1994 – 2001 ( 1500s only )
Once again, it was available in a variety of body styles:
2 door regular cab.
2 door extended cab.
4 door extended cab

Like a 4th Gen 1500 was first made in 2009
Where the 4th gen Heavy Duty was first made in 2010
