Interchangeable parts

I have two questions that I been having a tough time finding an answer for. First question : would the transmission in a 05 6.7 cummins be able to work in a 2012 5.7 hemi?
Second question : would the fuel injector for an 05 6.7 cummins be swapped into a 2000 5.9 cummins?
I have been parting out the 05 6.7 and trying to research what parts I can use for my 5.9 and 2012 hemi.... if any at all.
This site has been a great help and thus is my first post. I hope this works and greatly appreciated the help. Thanks everyone

FYI Dodge/Ram did not have a 6.7 Cummins in 2005 it was a 5.9 Cummins, the 6.7 did not come out until January 2007...

Thanks for letting me know. The truck I'm talking about is a 2005 3500

Go to any mopar website and compare the part numbers. If they have the same numbers they are good to go. The last 2 letters are revision numbers, ie if the part number is 123456AA then 123456AB are compatible with the AB being a new revision of the same part.
