Hey Gentlemen. I'm having a heck of a time with my Ram 1500. I had a piece of debris get tossed up into my driver's side front wheel well and it nicked my chassis ground. I didn't find this until it had became a problem and the cable had completely corroded thru and failed. I figured if I'm goin to replace one, I'd do all the other grounds as well. I found the chassis to battery ground was fried , as well, the battery to body ground. I have replaced both and to be safe I also replaced the Block to battery ground. I am still getting an intermittent "System Low Voltage" error code. I have double and triple checked all of my connections. They all appear to be clean, tight, secure connections. The truck runs like a champ, otherwise. I have a 10 hour road trip with a 10,000lbs. trailer coming up. So' I'd love to figure this out before I'm on the side of the road. Any ideas?

There are more grounds, than those mentioned. There is a strap that runs to the heads in the back, I think one to catalytic converter area. Allegedly, the strap on rear of heads has another attached. Really difficult to find straight up info. Just saying there may be more than you found. Just a thought: since you say there were electrical issues: Did you have your alternator checked and tested also under load? Possibility maybe the VR (voltage regulator) might have an issue? Just thinking out loud. Here, Oreilly's and AutoZone at some places will check the alternator. Just throwing out stuff here, I am NO mechanic.
