iPhone via Bluetooth starts playing music constantly when paused or when podcasts are playing

This is very annoying. Never happens on my other vehicles.

Podcast/Youtube/Netflix is playing, nothing else is happening, phone is on wireless charger and it just starts playing a random song from my library via the stock iOS music app. I hit play back on podcast app, it plays for a period of time (seconds, minutes, etc) and then the music just randomly starts again. Sometimes it will do it 10+ times in a row.

Any ideas?
