Is anyone else having a problem with their NAVI??

Trying to avoid the run around of a visit to the dealer in hopes that this is a easy self fix. The NAVI worked great for the first week that I owned the truck. Then all of a sudden it's started messing up. Sometimes it thinks I'm in different states, and other times it's a few miles off. It also freezes occasionally. And last night I noticed for the first time that it was flashing between a black and blue screen for a few seconds. All the other features (radio, media, etc.) are working fine.

I've attached a video, please click the pic below to view. This video was taken while driving from the gas station to my house. It know my general whereabouts, but not the street I'm on. It also freezes up for a good portion of the video.





Has anyone else had a similar problem? I've tried disconnecting the negative battery terminal to reset, but that didn't help. Is there any other way to reset this thing?? I thought there was a setup screen where I picked my location when first setting up the unit, but I can't remember for sure.:4-dontknow:

Any help or trouble shooting is appreciated. I hate wasting days at the stealership...

I think I've heard other people having problems with the nav units and I believe they all went to the dealer for that run around. New system and very few people here have it so I think the dealer is going to be your best and possibly only bet.
