Is there an adapter for this?

In the attached image is the harness that came with my newer headlight assemblies. The larger connector goes to the headlight while the smaller connector goes to the resistor. I'm thinking maybe the resistor may help with the LED flickering but I don't have a way to connect these assemblies without bypassing the resistor. They work without it, just noticeable flickering. Is there a connector that will work to connect to these lights? The connector in question, the larger end would need to be male for it to work to connect to the factory harness. I was told to try AlfaOBD but with winter hours set in, I can't swing the $49 for the app plus the cost of the OBD module and security bypass module my truck would need.

You could save a few $ and improve communication reliability by using the $50 OBDlink Sx USB interface instead of the commonly suggested $140 OBDlink MX+ Bluetooth.

OBDlink SX @Amazon

OBDlink MX+ @Amazon

I use AlfaOBD with a Windows laptop, an OBDlink Sx interface, and a KaodTech security bypass harness.

I don't trust any android device or OS to make important changes to my truck.

The cost of the resistors and adapter harness's will be very similar to the cost of Alfa and a BT module. Changing the trucks config to LED is best way to do it IMHO.
Any idea what the best affordable security bypass harness is? I read I can use an ELM327 device which a friend has so it's really just the app and harness I'd need. Its a 4th gen 2021 1500 Classic SLT.

I'll look into these, thank you. Might be a little while before I can get all that though with the cost being around roughly $150. Wasn't sure if there was just a cheaper harness for now to connect the included resistors my headlights came with to see if that helps any.

You're most welcome.

There are a few less expensive security gateway bypass harnesses but they're honestly not worth the grief for your truck year.

The SGM for 2021 Ram DS trucks is mounted behind the Uconnect radio and requires far too much effort to R&R the harness after every tweak. The less expensive bypass harnesses must be removed so that the OBD2 port is functional for dealership visits whereas the KaodTech harness can remain installed.

The KaodTech security gateway bypass harness plugs in under the dash, behind/beside the OBD2 port and installs in about 2 minutes.

I'm not certain there is this custom harness you're dreaming of and as previously mentioned, the cost will likely be the same as getting set up with AlfaOBD.

@Mpgrimm2 may be able to supply a suitable harness for this application.

I don't offer any headlight related harnesses or stock any connectors for it.
( I usually refer people to Jeremy at The Retro Shop)

Be careful of some of the cheaper eBay lights, many times they are just a big headache and have harnesses that just aren't fully thought out/do what they say they should do.

I agree, best option here is to setup the truck for LED lights to disable the PWM (pulsed output). A proper AlfaObd setup will pay for itself.... Don't cheap out with an unreliable elm327 adapter, if anything doesn't work right, you don't want to have to worry if it was the adapter.

I always suggest...
** AlfaOBD (for activating factory features yourself. See Docs linked in OP.)
---> OBDLink MX BT adapter
---> KaodTech Security Gateway Bypass (18+ trucks)
