How much would one of those run me? lol
Probs 50ish miles on it. Noticed on my way to work, 2 miles there..8miles back. 20ish miles to the tranny shop and back. I'm pretty sure I have pics somewhere on this forum of the devastation lol

Remind me what was the issue with your axle? And do you still have it?Found a d60 with limited+4:10's(I'm a 3/4 ton v8) with about 100k less on it,very little slip in the yoke, for $200. Guy couldn't even give it away. No way I was gonna find parts for that cheap

You going to reuse head studs too? They arent even a year old though. And they are specific with my kit.
That could be caused by issues with the LSD like Mark said.Did you notice if it was somewhat not as easy to turn? When I was driving home today I thought I might have noticed it was a little.

If you regear the rear, you'll have to regear the front too. Most shops are ~1000 per axle, plus whatever parts your rear axle needs
Same cost. Gear sets don't change in price too much. All I'm saying is it'll be double the cost of fixing it if you choose to regear.
edit-yes i do still have itRemind me what was the issue with your axle? And do you still have it?
