I just installed my 12" Rockford P1 over the weekend. Its in a center seat enclosure that I got from SuperCrewSound.
However, when I push the sub a little loud, I hear like there was a loose screw or something. I checked everything and it seems secure and tight.
The only thing I can think of is the fact that I ran my RCA cables next to my Power cables, which they suggested not to do :/
Any idea ?
BTW, Im pretty sure it comes from the sub. (for those wondering if its the doors or anything)

I doubt it has anything to do with RCA's next to power. I have my RCA's next to my power from the firewall to the backseat with no problems...it sounds like a rattle right? I would just start checking to make sure everything is nice and tight with the enclosure.

I would consider the possibility that the excursion of the sub at high volume may be causing it to come into contact with the floor? I once had a PPI sub that, when pushed hard, would start to short out the copper wires going from the connectors on the speaker to the inside of the speaker. Good luck!

i had a p3 do similar things in the past, the wires for my voice coil were slapping against the cone...very irritating sound. as far as your power wire and rca, it will just pick up an noying hissing sound from being too close, but with good quality wires it is minimized.
