So I pulled the trigger on my next mod, JBA Titanium Ceramic coated long tubes and mandrel bent Y-pipe. Anyone out there running this setup and willing to give me some tips on the install? Is there any issues I should plan on running into?

Unfortunately it'll be a month or two until I can install them, but for now any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Soak the bolts with PB blaster the night before. This will help you break them loose in case you have any that are stuck.

When installing the driver side header, remove the oil dipstick tube first. Put the header into place, and then re route the dipstick tube in between the #3 and #5 primaries. The shifter cable will be very close to the collector under the driver side header, so you will need to zip tie it out of the way.

When installing the Y-pipe, leave all the bolts loose until you get it lined up correctly...then go back to tq them down.

Otherwise, it is pretty straight forward.

All good stuff to know. I'll probably use aerokroil instead of PB just because I have it. Perks of being in the aviation industry. That stuff is so good it could penetrate Mother Theresa.

AeroKroil is what I've used. My mechanics use it all the time on construction equipment and it's amazing.
