I believe nearly all of them support the OEM camera. You just need to buy one advertised as being for a Ram.Been thinking about one of chinese brand android units, but doesn't look like any of them will support oem back up cam
It should be the same for at least 2013-2021 (classics).I'm having issues finding if there's a difference with interface and what harness to use on these classics, compared to something like an 2018 ram 1500, or if it's same
I’ve got one of the single din ones in my 2010 and it has CarPlay still.I don't see why not. The head unit is actually cheaper but you only get 2GB RAM/32GB ROM in the single din 10.1 units available on Amazon. You also lose the built in Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. They replaced it with a screen mirroring app in this version. Plus the quick buttons on the side are replaced with the volume slider. You can find the same screen I have on Joying's website but then you are paying close to the same price as the double din version. See above for the mounting kit you would need instead of the one listed originally. I have edited my original post to include the single din mounting kit and the correct mounting kit for Rams with touch screens.
